Biscuits From Scratch
I know some of you are thinking oh lord that is one dangerous recipe! I agree because these things are so good they just melt in your mouth!
Ingredients:
1 Hand mixer
2 Cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 Cup of Milk
1/3 Cup Shortening
2 tbsp. Butter
Prep:
In a large mixing bowl combine all of your dry ingredients mix for 30 seconds with mixer, then add your shortening and butter to the mixture, mix until dough is formed its ok if it is a little clumpy make sure there is a little well hole for the milk to be poured into, pour milk in mixture, take a fork and blend the mixture together, once well mixed place dough on a lightly floured surface knead the dough for roughly one minute then take your rolling pin and roll dough out to a 3/4" thickness and take your cookie cutter and cut biscuits out and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 475 F for 10 Minutes or until the edges are a golden brown.

If your looking to become a Potluck Queen here's your ticket! My family absolutely loves this dish I end up making it at least twice a month.

2 cups Sour Cream
1 can cream of chicken& mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
3 boneless chicken breast
2 3/4 cups of shell noodles
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese (pizza mix works best)
1 package of bacon
3/4 cup of ranch dressing
Prep:
Boil chicken breast in large sauce pan until done shred chicken into small pieces, fry bacon until done once the bacon is done rip it until it's in crumbles, boil noodles in a large pan until tender then drain, in a sauce pan mix sour cream, cream of chicken& mushroom, cream of chicken soups package of ranch dressing mix along with ranch dressing stir until thoroughly mixed together on a medium/low heat DO NOT let boil, once the mixture is heated mix together the noodles, bacon, chicken, and the sauce mixture and pour in a 9x13 pan. (Don't forget to spray pan with canola oil for easier clean up)
Baking:
Preheat oven to 350 F bake casserole for 20 minutes then add 1 1'/2 cups of cheese on top of the casserole let bake for 5 minutes.

Align ribs in a 9x13 glass pan pour BBQ sauce on the ribs evenly. (Don't forget to spray pan with canola oil for easy clean up)
Baking instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325 F cover with foil and bake for an hour, once the hour is up uncover and bake for another 30 minutes and the ribs will be so tender they melt in your mouth!

9 red potatoes
2 tbs. Italian seasoning
Chicken Prep:
Use a meat tenderizer to flatten chicken out then dip the breast in Italian bread crumbs then sprinkle cheese and spinach on top of the breast and roll it up well place in 9x13 glass pan repeat with each breast.

I'm not usually a fish person but this dish is awesome!
Ingredients:
3 cups Light Italian Dressing
4 pieces Tilapia
2 cups wild Rice
Tilapia Prep:
Place fish in a 9x13 glass pan pour the dressing on the fish spread it evenly.
Wild Rice Prep:
Pour rice in a small sauce pan with 2 1/2 cups water and boil for 45 minutes or until most of the water is gone and rice is tender.
Baking instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 and bake Tilapia for 30 minutes.

1 can of Traditional Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 can Bertolli 4 cheese rosa alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbs. Italian seasoning
2 tbs. chopped onion
Prep:
Brown the hamburger meat mix the chopped onion and Italian seasoning in while cooking the meat for extra flavor drain the grease, Boil ziti noodles until tender then drain, mix together noodles, hamburger meat, and the pasta sauces, (don't forget to spray pan for easier clean up) then pour the mixture into a 9x13 glass pan.
Baking instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F Bake for 25 minutes then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over the pasta and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Fried Chicken Tenders and Homemade White Gravy
What kind of Southerner would I be if I didn't post something about fried chicken?!? So here it is.
Ingredients:
3 boneless chicken breast
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 1/2 cups of milk
4tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
3 cups canola oil
Chicken prep:
Chop pieces of chicken breast in to tender like shapes then mix 1 egg (scramble the egg) and 1 cup of milk in a bowl dip the chicken tender in the mixture and then into Italian bread crumbs (Repeat with each tender) Pour 3 cups canola oil into a sauce pan on med/low heat then place about 3-4 tenders and let each side fry for about 45 seconds rotating at least 4 times, then place on a plate with a paper towel (absorbs grease) to cool.
Gravy Prep:
Melt butter in a sauce pan over low heat, blend flour, salt and pepper (amount to your liking) cook until smooth or bubbly, stir in 2 1/2 cups of milk heat until boiling constantly stirring, once boiling let boil 1 minute and continue stirring while its boiling.

Slowly add water to running food processor until dough balls up and there are no dry parts. Empty dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead until the dough is smooth est. 2 min. Cut dough into 12 pieces shape into balls cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. lightly dust surface and rolling pin with flour roll each ball as thin as possible into a circle, repeat with each ball lightly overlapping covering the tortillas as you go. Using a skillet brown each side of the tortilla for about 45 seconds each side of the tortilla. when it bubbles and puffs up its time to flip it over. DO NOT over cook the tortilla or it will be dry and crispy
