Do you think you have what it takes to squat it out for thirty days? I know I do, I sure don't want to be looking like certain celebrities did in a certain performance.... We all know who I'm talking about Miley... Don't get me wrong I think she has musical talent but that was scary! So what are we going to do to prevent issues like that? Squats get that booty into shape!

How to Get Motivated
So a lot of us have a hard time getting motivated to get up and go work out I wonder why that is, most of us complain about how we wanna be able to fit in that certain pair of jeans or that teeny tiny bikini. Here's some tips that may help you get out of your anti-workout funk! 1. Think about how amazing your going to look. 2. It means you've accomplished something. 3. Your going to feel so much better once its done. 4. You'll start sleeping better. 5. Your going to have more energy. 6. Other health problems may become resolved. 7. The amount of confidence you'll have will skyrocket. 8. Your doing better than those who aren't working out. 9. Testing your limits will show how much character you have. 10. You can have the last laugh for all those people who said you couldn't do it.

Everyone Loves a Tip
I LOVE this list! It is incredibly simple and completely doable! Now with that being said I'm going to be honest and say that there are a couple of these that I probably won't do. I'm not a big seafood eater, but if you are more power to ya! and skim milk isn't my thing... So its ok to be imperfect and not take every tip and trick that's given to you.

Yoga can really relax a person and connect them with their soul to be able to find out more about themselves from within. These positions will help you relax the muscles and joints, and increasing flexibility. You may even start sleeping better.

Building your smoothie
The almighty smoothie! If I was to ever be addicted to anything it would probably be smoothies and luckily for me they're good for me! These little energy filled drinks are so delicious and yummy! I personally like my smoothies creamier than most but; its totally up to you on what you want the texture to be like.
What you'll need
Fruit (frozen works best and you'll use less ice)
Greek yogurt
Oatmeal
Peanut butter
Milk or Juice (your choice mainly for consistency)
Spinach (you can't taste it but you'll reap the benefits)
Cinnamon
Banana
Blender

Most of us have that pooch we'd like to get rid of... Well here's an exercise that's going to help get rid of it! This workout will get deep into the abdominal muscles as in the traverse abdominis which will pull your waistline like a corset tightening that lower belly pooch up. Do these moves one after another with no rest period for best results.

Its probably best to do this one before you hop in the shower since you'll probably be drenched in sweat from all the moving that you're going to be doing! Repeat the list 3 times for best results your going to feel the "burn" everywhere since its a full body work out.
